Darielle A. Davis-Vigay, M.Ed., is the proud Principal of KIPP Bridge in West Oakland. A lifelong Oakland educator and West Oakland native, she brings more than a decade of experience supporting students, families, and educators across Oakland schools and youth programs. Ms. Davis has served as a teacher, instructional coach, program leader, and school administrator focused on equity, student belonging, and academic excellence.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley and a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Lesley University. She is also a Diversity Leadership Institute Fellow and is passionate about developing inclusive school communities where every student can thrive.
Beyond her work in education, Ms. Davis-Vigay is a proud mother of elementary, middle, and high school students and a lover of sports, which continue to shape her leadership values of teamwork, resilience, and perseverance.
