Frank Wu is KIPP Northern California’s Chief Financial Officer, leading finance, accounting, and real estate. As CFO, Frank is focused on ensuring KIPP NorCal can sustain its mission for decades to come, creating financial systems that enable schools to focus entirely on students, and ensuring every child learns in a facility worthy of their potential.

Frank’s dedication to this mission is rooted in his own educational journey — experiences that shaped his deep belief in the power of high-quality schools to transform a child’s life.

Prior to becoming CFO, Frank spent nearly a decade on the KIPP NorCal Finance Team. Before KIPP, he was a strategy consultant at Accenture, where he also volunteered to lead the Accenture SF/KIPP NorCal partnership. Frank holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Outside of work, Frank lives in Berkeley with his family, and enjoys spending his free time cooking and gardening.
