Jasmine Waiters joined KIPP Valiant as an Assistant Principal in 2025. She is honored to serve the East Palo Alto / Menlo Park community where she has deep familial roots.

Jasmine is a firm believer that every student, regardless of their background, is worthy of a high quality education and deserves the opportunity to choose the college, career, or life path they want. She takes pride in a role as a leader and works closely with staff, students, and families to ensure KIPP Valiant is living up to its promise.

In her free time, Jasmine enjoys all things basketball, diving head first into sneaker culture, spending time with family, visiting a bookstore, cooking, binge watching a great show, or having movie marathons.
