Jovana “Jojo” is a first-generation latina, the second oldest of her siblings, and a dog mom to her fur baby Buddy (included in her picture so ya’ll can meet him too). Jovana’s family is from Guanajuato, Mexico, and she was born and raised in Salinas, CA. She has been living in San Jose, CA now for the last 8 years. She attended San Jose State University for undergrad and University of San Francisco for her masters degree. Since Jovana was in kindergarten, she always wanted to pursue a career supporting students. She is really glad she made that dream come true! Jovana loves to travel, she has visited six different countries so far and her favorite ones are the ones that have great food, beaches, and warm weather.
