Michelle Verrochi is the proud Successor School Leader of KIPP Valiant Community Prep and is passionate about building a school community that has a strong sense of belonging, joy, and high expectations for all students to thrive. This is her 12th year with KIPP NorCal and 16th year in education. Her journey with KIPP NorCal began as a 5th year teacher and leader at KIPP San Jose Collegiate, where she was inspired by the high expectations and deep belief in all students. She then completed the Fisher Fellowship to open KIPP Navigate College Prep in San Jose, as the Founding School Leader from 2018-2022. After her founders graduated, she supported our sister Peninsula schools KIPP Excelencia Community Prep and KIPP Esperanza High School as a Principal on Special Assignment. Since joining the KIPP Valiant Community, she is continually inspired by the advocacy of our families for high quality education for our students in East Palo Alto and Belle Haven and the value of love that permeates our whole school campus from our students to staff.
