The KIPP Regional Support Office (RSO) Summer Alumni Internship Program is designed to help you jumpstart your career by exposing KIPP alumni to a variety of paid internships across fields. Each 7 week internship is hybrid (in-person and virtual), offers 25 hours/week and pays $22/hour.

There are 10 participating departments to choose from. On the application, you can click the provided job descriptions to learn about each position:

• Human Resources
• KIPP Forward
• Policy, Advocacy, and Community Engagement (PACE)
• People Initiatives
• Student Health Services
• Technology

Program Timeline:

Eligibility:

• Must be a graduate of a KIPP Public Schools Northern California high school
• Must be aged 18+ 
• Must have reliable transportation throughout the internship duration
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Please note: applicants do NOT have to currently be enrolled in college/any post-secondary program to be eligible nor is there a minimum GPA requirement. If you have interest & a desire to learn, please apply!
